security problem

hi :
  In the local security policy, under user right, deny logon locally entry.  I include users group in it.   I didnot know, it will lock not only users groups and administrator group as well.  Actually on user can login locally.  

I donnot have domain server on my compuer network.  

Is there there any way to avoid restinall the computer ?
