Question about how to remove win2k window component ?????

hi, everyone. I have a question. I upgarded the Win98se to Win2k. But why win2k didn't provide "custom installation" choice, and forced me to install its default installation ??? There is OK!!! I think I can remove it later. But afrer installation, I can't remove the windows components ( such as outlook express and netmeeting ...etc.) from Add/Remove Program. My question is how to remove the windows components and how to use custom installation during the windows install ?????
