【求教】About IIS web server...

My machine's OS is Windows 2000 server and I connect it to the ISP through cable modem.  I have set up a IIS web server, but user can't access to it.   I did double check the settting and made sure everything is correctly. And someone from outside can even ping my IP address. Any idea? Thanks.

could u access ur website from localhost?

Yes, I could. I can access the sever from the LAN with no problem.

One more thing. I switched the OS and server to the Linux and Apache. The result is the same.
By the way, the streaming server(for Windows or Linux) I have set up is working fine used mms and rtsp protocol.

Please check the IP and port etc. bound to the service,and the network interface setting,especially if you have lan Network adapter,it's offten the source of the problem.

Thanks for your reply. Finally, I figure it out what's real story. The damn ISP block the inbound port 80.
