You have three methods to achieve aim.
The first way is that you can use "ICH(Internet Connection Share)" under the Win2000.
The second way is that you can use the proxy software,for example,Microsoft's "MSProxy 2.0" and "IAS",and "Wingate","Sygate",etc.
The third way is that you can use "NAT(Network Address Translate)".

Of course,you can use them together.
