Anand (Kunal) an accountant and Raj (Paresh Rawal) a movie producer, come up with a plan to make a movie that falls flat on its first day of release. After a while they come up with another movie that they  plan to delibrately fail so they can collect through insurance. But their plan does not come through and movie is a hit.
